One application for each person 18 years or older who will be living in the unit. Please fill it out completely, including the second and third pages.
Make sure to read and sign all criteria.
Cosigner requirements are listed at the bottom of the application. Print applications should be filled out in full (3 pages) and should indicate the names of renters to which this application is attached.
